The Space:
Welcome to this stunning home will be an experience of a lifetime and in a great location to access Mexico City’s best – the vibrant neighborhood of Hipódromo-Condesa! With 3 levels and 7 bedrooms, this spacious property can accommodate a family or group of friends of up to 14!
As you enter, you're greeted by an open courtyard patio with seating, a fabulous hammock, and the romantic ambiance of the market lights. It instantly delivers a feeling of being on holiday.
You’ll also find another luminous outdoor space up on the atrium-like roof terrace! There is another outdoor table, some cozy Acapulco garden chairs, and a sofa lounge for soaking in the sun with a beverage and great conversation.
The interior of the home is beautiful, with a soothing color palette, gorgeous decor and relaxing spaces, and a Smart TV with premium cable channels to enjoy downtime together at home.
There’s a kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare a meal at home and a spectacular dining area with a long table that seats 10 to enjoy meals together and fun conversation!
If you’re a remote worker, you’re in luck, as there’s good Wi-Fi throughout the home and plenty of places to set up your laptop and work. One of the rooms has a dedicated workspace (desk).

Getting Around:
The Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX) is 8 miles | 12.7 km from the home. Always check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving times vary greatly depending on the time of day.
You can travel by car, registered taxi, Uber or public transportation. Popular landmarks and areas in the city, such as Chapultepec Park and the historic center, can be reached within a 15-minute drive or a 30-minute walk. There is free street parking nearby if you are traveling by car.

Just be careful on the spiral staircase inside the home, especially for children.
There is no daily housekeeping, but you can arrange a cleaning if you’d like for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance. Also, some basic essentials, like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap, are provided to get you started.
There’s a charge for any extra person not listed on the reservation.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
There are surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces. These cameras are strictly for security reasons to ensure the safety of our guests.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $1500 MXN penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise is not tolerated. We must respect our neighbors. No loud music or noise after 10 pm or face a $500 MXN fine.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID prior to arrival, at check-in, or anytime during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
