If you leave the neighbourhood, you drive through a wooded area to the medieval village of Calonge (9 km) or in the other direction to the village of Romanya de la Selva (3.5 km) where you can sample some culture. The nearest beach is Sant Antoni de Calonge (12 km). It is a long beach along the promenade with many restaurants.
