One primary suite has direct private balcony access overlooking the Santa Monica mountain range. In addition there is a beautiful large balcony with inviting outdoor seating and a gas grill on the main level off the kitchen and dining area.
The gorgeous kitchen complete with Italian Porcelain countertops and built in deep sink features fully stocked kitchen appliances incl bread maker, yogurt maker, air fryer, panini maker, blender, lots of coffee brewing options via a coffee station, toaster, spaghetti forks & spoons, fish knives, cherry pitters, veggie and fruit carving utensils, and of course pots and pans and dishes and so much more.
White linens, luxurious Turkish towels, all hypoallergenic body wash, shampoo, lotion and soaps, hair dryer, q-tips, tissues. Additional toiletries such as toothbrushes, mouthwash, sanitary products etc are available at your arrival as a courtesy should you have left without them. The Primary bedroom features a secluded private expanse area with California King size mattress on the 3rd floor, walk in closet, double sinks, rainshower with built in bench, wc,, towel warmer and expansive yoga, office, multi purpose area and private balcony overlooking the stunning Santa Monica Mountains. the large egg chair has been removed for added space and yet another possible desk.
The Primary Bedroom on the second, main living floor features a King size mattress, a huge walk in closet, expansive double sinks and large shower with built in bench, handheld option as well, towel warmer and magnifying mirror. This 2nd floor suite also has an area with an office set up. Queen size mattress can be enjoyed in the third bedroom on the second floor, with the bathroom with soaking tub right adjacent to the room.
