Overlook is an exceptional home with a perfect location offering commanding views and close proximity to the many facilities on offer. It affords 180 degree views of the Caribbean Sea and golf course from all of its rooms and boasts a pool deck and one hundred foot long veranda. Built in classical Caribbean style, Overlook has a contemporary feel with an open and airy floor plan and comprises: 3 master suites and 2 deluxe guest suites, each master suite has a king size bed and its own distinctive appeal. The Overlook Suite contains a sumptuous bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, glass enclosed shower as well as a private and comfortable veranda; the Palm Suite contains a romantic nine foot shower for two and the Pool Cottage is reached by crossing a small bridge over the pool. The two deluxe suites each have two twin beds which can be converted to king size beds. The rooms can be internally connected making them perfect for families with children, nannies and babysitters. They each have an en-suite bathroom containing a tub and glass enclosed shower. The comfortable veranda and wraparound pool deck are great gathering places cooled by offshore breezes. The great room is equipped with a sound system and a 50” flat screen television. The swimming pool, with Jacuzzi platforms at each side is fed by a fountain in the shallow end where an umbrella and chairs are situated within the pool. It is surrounded by magnificent palm trees and planters filled with beautiful bougainvilleas. Overlook is ideally suited to both families and groups of friends who seek optimum levels of hospitality.

The villa is fully staffed with a delightful and professional team to look after you throughout your stay. Services include breakfast, lunch & dinner each day, housekeeping, laundry and of course knowledgeable insight to help you make the most of your stay! Not included in the rate is the food and drink, but shopping will be done for you - The experienced staff includes a Chef, Butler, Housekeeper, Laundress and Gardener.

The Club requires all guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee. For guests who stay for five to seven days, the Temporary Membership Dues are US $160 plus a 15% service charge. Children between the ages of 13 and 15 pay at a discounted rate of 50% plus a 15% service charge. For children 12 years of age and younger, the Temporary Membership Dues are complimentary. The fee is USD $32 per day plus a 15% service charge for guests ages 16 and older who stay for one to four days.
