Online Payments will be taken at the reception before starting the induction. Please note that payments by cash won’t be accepted. All inductions must be booked in advance with a minimum notice of 24 hours. Guests must send an email to the building management. Please note that inductions on the spot cannot be accommodated. Short-term guests who do not wish to use the amenities, will not be required to complete the induction.
* To access the gym, all residents are required to complete an online induction session with the Fitness consultant. Bookings for the induction must be made directly with the fitness consultant. Induction fees: $20.00 per person for experienced gym, users, $40.00 per person for first-time users.

The Neighborhood:
Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated on Flockhart St in Abbotsford in the Precinct building.
Abbotsford has a mix of industrial architecture and green spaces, and is popular with both families and creative types. Converted factories, hip cafes and cool bars line Johnston Street, while Abbotsford Convent hosts artsy workshops and is home to markets, cafes and artists’ studios. Families feed the animals at Collingwood Children’s Farm, and rent boats from the Edwardian boathouse in nearby Fairfield.

Getting Around:
Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.
We're only a 9 min walk to Flockhart St/Victoria St tram stop and 27 min walk to North Richmond Railway Station.
Myki is the card you will need for all public transport. When using a Myki card, please remember to always have sufficient value for your journey as hefty on the spot fines apply if you travel without correct fare or do not "tap on." Trips are about $3.80 for a 2-hour journey, but it all depends on what zones you travel in, if you are a concession card holder and if you buy a day pass.
Myki cards can be topped up at any 7-11 Stores or at many other shops that display the MYKI logo. MYKI machines are located at major tram stops, train stations and at convenience stores and newsagents. Please be aware that cards can't be topped up on trams or trains any longer.
If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.
