The property has been architecturally designed to embrace the old with the new to create a stunning holiday home both inside and out for all to enjoy.
Consisting of the main house with 2 ensuite bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and large dining area, a trullo house with 2 ensuite bedrooms, lounge, and kitchen, a barn suite with ensuite bedroom and lounge/diner/kitchen area and a single ensuite bedroom. All bedrooms have air-con.
Set out in the countryside of Martina Franca with stunning gardens, lush grass and a swimming pool to relax in, you will be sure a warm welcome awaits you.
PLEASE NOTE THE PRICING FOR AUG/SEP/OCT 2023 IS BASED ON 4 PERSONS USING THE MAIN HOUSE. IF MORE THAN 4 PERSONS THEN THE OTHER UNITS WILL BE OPENED ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS.

MAIN HOUSE
Enter from the outside near the al fresco dining area to:

There is a large fridge freezer, double sink, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of space for preparing food on the work space
Entering though to
MAIN KITCHEN
There is a 5 ring gas hob, full size oven, under counter microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee capsule machine, filter coffee machine, small refrigerator and small hand wash basin. You will also find plenty of crockery, pots and pans to create delicious food at home.
DINING ROOM AREA
The long dining room table can seat up to 12 people and has a beautiful view out the the pool and fields beyond. Slide back the huge door to eat al fresco without having to go outside! A double height room which is perfect for entertaining.
Stone steps lead up into
LOUNGE
A long large sofa on one side with two poufs gives seating for up to 8 people with a wood burner for cosy nights on the other side and two coffee tables nearby.
Back in the dining room area, metal stairs lead up to
SNUG AREA
Set up on a mezzanine level with big flat screen smart TV, Bose speakers and 4 large bean bag cushion seats.

For those who may need to work or study whilst on holiday there is a long desk area with window looking out the pool.

There are comfortable 2 single beds with reading lights above and bedside tables. Nearby there is a wardrobe area for hanging and shelf space. There is a wooden storage cupboard at the foot of the beds for storage as well. French doors with privacy shutters lead directly out to the atrium part of the gardens. There is air-con in the bedroom. (on request the beds can be put together to form a double)

HOUSE BEDROOM 1
Large comfortable double bed with reading lights nearby and bedside tables. The opposite wall has a floor to ceiling wardrobe which one side is accessible for guests use. French doors with privacy shutters lead out to small private veranda overlooking the pool with pathway down to the front of the house via a couple of steps. There is air-con in the bedroom.

Situated under a huge trullo cone it has a large comfortable double bed with bedside cupboards and lamps. Also set under a huge trullo cone it has a large comfortable double bed set under a stone arch with bedside lamps and tables nearby. There is hanging space and shelves for storage, along with a large chest of 5 drawers. The window with privacy shutter looks out onto the side of the property. There is a comfortable armchair at the bottom of the bed. Under another cone there is a small reading desk and chair with full length mirror

Situated under a big trullo cone a big bathroom with feature double sink, mirror above, walk-in shower with rain shower head, bidet and toilet

Enter into the big lounge area with large comfortable sofa and trunk coffee table in front. The kitchenette space has sink, a small fridge with ice box, oven, 2 electric rings for cooking and a Nespresso coffee capsule machine. Perfect for making snacks and drinks, if you don’t want to go to the main house. There is a small table and chairs nearby. French doors lead out to a private patio at the side of the property.

This bedroom is completely separate but attached to the front of the trullo. French doors with privacy shutters lead into the bedroom. Here is a comfortable double bed with reading lamps and bedside tables. A small, curtained area provides hanging space and shelves for storage and there is a large cupboard with 2 drawers for further storage. The is air-con in the room.

The pool is entered via steps at the shallow end, which are also perfect to sit on and read a book. There are then two levels in the pool.
Next to the pool is the sun terrace which has sun loungers for you to relax on.
AL FRESCO DINING
Dine outside by the pool on the long wooden table which seats up to 12 people on benches.
There is also a small table and four chairs with cushions to relax on.
BBQ
There is a gas BBQ for guest use which is nearby.

There is a table tennis table and boules court at the side of the property.

RENTAL NOTES
We only rent to one client at a time, so if you are a party of 2 or 12 the property is all yours during your stay. No one else is there.
