Outstanding lake plot in idyllic Mållångssta! The house is right next to the lake Mållången and here you have access to fishing, swimming directly from the property and a large lawn with space for playing in lovely surroundings. The location is perfect for the family or group who want peace and experience swimming, nature and fishing. The house is of a simpler standard but has everything you need to be able to enjoy the wonderful location and the fantastic view. The house consists of three floors, on the entrance floor you enter a small hall and directly to the left is the kitchen with everything you may need. To the right of the hall there is a larger space for hanging clothes and the stairs that lead both up to the upper floor and down into the basement. Next to the kitchen is a family room with seating for moments to socialize and a sofa bed. The family room leads into the living room where there is a sofa, TV and dining table with a fantastic view of the lake. Upstairs are the house's bedrooms. Here there is a room with two bunk beds, a sleeping alcove with a single bed and a larger bedroom with a double bed and access to both a cot and a growing bed. Outside the bedrooms is a small common room with a sofa and TV. In the basement is the house's toilet and washing machine, here there is also a door that leads directly out to the back with only a few steps to bathing in the lake. On the grounds there are tables and chairs where you can enjoy meals in the sun and look out over the lake. For the days the family enjoys the surroundings at the house, there is access to a trampoline for the children and an oak tree with a small electric motor for adventure, fishing and hours of exploring Mållången, Ovanåker's largest lake. Edsbyn is only 1.6 miles from the house, the cultural life here is strong and here you can visit Hälsingegårdar, among other things, to take part in an old way of life. In Edsbyn there is also access to grocery stores, restaurants and the IP (sports park) where the family can both eat well, play bowling and compete in 5-a-side. Bollnäs is 2.5 miles from the house and there is shopping here and only a short drive from here is Orbaden Zip & Climb with zipline and high altitude track as well as "Hälsingland's Riviera".
