Welcome to Lalleröd, the popular area by the Stigfjord within walking distance to salty baths and beautiful nature. This charming cottage has a large plot with lawn which is perfect for games, or why not set a long table? Have your breakfast coffee in the sun while the songbirds chirp or grill something delicious in the evening light - the generous balcony offers the sun at all times of the day. Inside, there is a large cabin with plenty of room for both family and guests around the table. In the evenings, you can relax on the sofa and light the wood stove. In the kitchen there is a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, standard stove and oven. Five sleeping places are distributed in three rooms, all of which have windows facing the back, where only the rustling of the forest can be heard. Another 2 beds are in the small cabin just outside. Perfect for the teenager who wants something of his own. In the bathroom you will find a modern washing machine, shower and newly renovated toilet. At a walking distance of 300 meters from the house, you will find the communal swimming area. There is a small beach, rocks and bathing ladders. Feel free to bring a crab fishing rod for the children. In the pleasant neighborhood there are around 60 summer homes and permanent residences, with plenty of privacy between the houses. A beautiful walk takes you down to Lyresund where the car ferry goes to the island of Lyr and you can buy ice cream. Lyr is well worth a trip and houses, among other things, the immensely popular fish restaurant Bryggvingen. Reserve a table! To buy food, take the car 12 km to Varekil, where you will find an ICA, ATM, flower shop and cafe. Nearby there are also farm sales of meat and delicacies.
