This is one of the oldest and most important student residences in Valencia. Our house was born in 1975 and has become a great home and reference for young people who study at Valencian universities and are looking for accommodation for this stage of their life.
Your clothes always clean! The self-service laundry is located on the first floor of the Colegio Mayor. This service is made up of washing machines with automatic soap-softener dispensers . The service is completed with several dryers and ironing boards.

Your room always clean! Room cleaning service will be provided twice a week/room . For the student's convenience, he or she will know in advance the time and day of the service.
