This peaceful, prime-located four bedroom/two bath home with high-speed internet and room to park 4 cars is the perfect place for a family or group of friends to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather! The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and fully-stocked with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals! There is a spacious backyard with a fire pit, charcoal grill, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a picnic table that seats 8-10, several games, and plenty of activities to enjoy. Beach essentials include towels, chairs, cooler, and an umbrella and may include other beach toys and supplies. Kid-friendly games and activities, books, toys, dishware and utensils, bibs, high chair, booster seat, childrens dining table, step stool, built-in child's potty seat, and childrens lounge chairs may also be available. Please leave them all exactly as you found them, so the next families can enjoy them as well :)
Our ideal location will put you just minutes away from the area’s stunning, award-winning beaches, excellent shopping, craft breweries, and top-rated restaurants. You will be close to the fun and great food at John’s Pass and the St. Pete Pier and the endless beaches including Madeira Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and Treasure Island. Vibrant downtown St. Pete is a quick drive away…you will be amazed at the number of choices for shopping and dining and all the activity there!
We are located right near the Bay Paines VA/Healthcare System and close to the other area hospitals. Corporate guests will find themselves near so many world class businesses. Plus, we are near St. Petersburg College and Eckard College.

Forget any essentials? No worries...the new super Walmart and all kinds of shopping and food options are a short walk down the street! (Please note upon arrival you will find a starter set of soaps and paper goods in the home.)

✰GRILL & FIRE PIT: Charcoal for Grill, as well as Firewood for fire pit is not supplied and is the responsibility of the guest.
✰ INTERNET AND TV: There is high speed internet (wifi details posted in living room) and 2 TVs with ROKUs all ready for you to stream your favorite streaming services!
✰ STARTER SUPPLIES: There are some starter supplies left for you in the bathrooms, laundry room, and kitchen, upon check-in, but please keep in mind these may not be enough for an extended stay, and simply meant to help start off your stay. Keep in mind that there is a Walmart right up the street for anything and everything you may need for a comfortable stay!
✰ PARKING: The Driveway permits a total of 4 standard-size vehicles, parked 2 wide. Parking any more than 4 cars, and/or parking anywhere other than the driveway (including on the lawn, sidewalk, or street) is strictly prohibited by the City, County of Pinellas, and the owners. Please reach out to us prior to your stay to discuss any oversized vehicles, or vehices in excess of 4 that you will be arriving with.
