This charming chateau-esque summer house conversion with its stunning rose covered facia in summer, has a fabulous garden with lawned area, gravelled seating area, oriental garden and of course your amazing private hot tub. Inside, the cottage is set all on the ground floor; enter into your open plan living space with its beautiful oak beamed vaulted ceiling, cosy wood burner for the cooler evenings and carefully selected furniture giving a modern yet country vintage feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create a romantic meal or a simple breakfast. The bedroom has a gorgeous iron double bed whilst the en-suite has a large walk-in shower and heated towel rail.
In the grounds, you have access to a shared tennis court (please bring own rackets and balls), but if you aren’t feeling so energised why not grab a bottle of bubbly and head down to the beautiful lake area where you can relax on a blanket and spend hours watching the wildlife with your loved one. If you can bear to drag yourself away from Pippin, there is a plethora of wonderful things to do within easy reach.
Head into Shepton Mallet where you will find many shops, bars and restaurants to explore as well as the designer outlet at Kilver Court. The ancient Medieval town of Glastonbury is nearby with its wonderful eclectic shops and its Tor that can be seen for miles around, as well as the famous Glastonbury Festival at Worthy Farm which is only a mile away. Just a 5-minute drive away is The Bath and West showground which is home to many events throughout the year, from its classic Royal Bath and West show to Car Festivals and home exhibitions.
