The Space:
Greenway House has modern and stylish interiors throughout. The property has a bright and airy living room which is the real hub of the house. With two comfy sofas and a flat screen Smart TV, this is the perfect spot to relax after a busy day. Beautifully styled, you’ll find patterned cushions and colourful walls throughout the space.
Fully equipped for self-catering stays, the modern kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare meals easily. You can make use of the oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. The kitchen also has a fridge-freezer and washing machine so it’s ideal for longer staycations.
In between the living room and the kitchen is the dining area which includes a large table and six comfortable chairs. You can enjoy meals here with the rest of your party or work here as it also doubles up as a laptop friendly workspace.
Greenway House has three spacious bedrooms, all of which are located on the first floor. The first bedroom is a spacious king room, the second bedroom is home to a double bed and the final room is a twin. Each bedroom has premium bed linens and bedding to ensure you have the most comfortable night's sleep.
The family bathroom, also upstairs, has a bathtub with overhead shower, WC and wash basin.
Ideal for sunny days, you’ll find a sunroom with a sliding door that opens into the garden. Here you can socialise with your loved ones in a relaxing space that is also equipped with a pool table.
Outside you’ll find a grassed garden along with a separate patio area. For added security, the garden is fully enclosed, so you’ll know that children and dogs are always safe.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Greenway House are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.
Private on-site parking is available for two vehicles.
One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay at Greenway House per reservation.
