POSITION
Hi, I'm Francesco and I'm happy to welcome you to my new apartment located in the Florence South area in a strategic position to reach the center and Chianti in just 20 minutes.
The apartment is 1 km from the A1 motorway exit (Firenze Sud exit). It can also be reached by bus from the Central Station of Florence (SMN).
The bus stop is located just around the corner and allows you to reach the historic monuments of Florence and the countryside in a few minutes. You can park your car safely and for free and move by bus.
FLORENCE AND SURROUNDINGS
As you know, Florence is well known for its monuments and its history, but the surroundings are also truly fascinating! Along the Chiantigiana road, so called because it leads towards Chianti to Siena, it is possible to find the town of Impruneta (20 minutes away) famous for its terracotta which was chosen by Brunelleschi to build the dome of the Florence Cathedral, until you get to Greve in Chianti where you can try our famous Chianti wine, rent bicycles and make excursions by bike and on foot following the countless itineraries.
Are you lovers of ancient Etruscan and Roman history? Well Fiesole just 20 minutes by car or bus will delight you with its Roman theater and Etruscan tombs!
For sports and nature lovers I recommend beautiful trekking itineraries in the hills around Florence.
If you want to enjoy a nice walk along the Arno and reach the center on foot, the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio are just over 4 km from the apartments. On warmer days, the shade and coolness of the nearby family garden can be right for you.

Hi, I'm Francesco, I'm very glad to host you in my apartment located in a middle position between the Chiantishire and the city center (downtown Florence).
The location is perfect on one hand to reach our beautiful hills, tasting our famous wine Chianti, and on the other hand to visit the beautiful monuments of Florence (as a matter of fact city center and the central station are only 20 'minutes away from the apartment). For your comfort I need to add that a bus stop is located just around the corner! So don't miss the opportunity to be connected with nature and arts in a few minutes!
My accomodation is also perfect if you are coming by car and you're planning to visit Florence and other Italian cities. The apartment is just 1 km away from the major highway in Italy (the A1)
Along the street you could park your car for free without problems and you could easily take buses to go everywhere.
FLORENCE AND SORROUNDINGS
As you know Florence is really well known for all its history and Art, but also its surroundings are really interesting, for example, along the street that takes you to the Chiantishire its possible to visit a little village named Impruneta with its famous "Terracotta" (backed clay production). This type of backed clay was chosen by Brunelleschi for the Dome of our cathedral in Florence ... image to be there in 30 minutes by bus or by car!
If you want to know better the Roman and the Etruscan remains, moreover their hystorical buildings like theaters tombs and baths, you could go to Fiesole in just 30 'minutes!
Are you interested in sports? Well you could choose a lot of different bike tours in the Chiantishire, or hystorical and natural trekking itineraries.
If you prefer you could reach Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery by an easy and delightful promenade of 4,5 kms from the apartment.
Eventually, after a suffocating summer day just take a rest in our family garden with your children ... you won't be disappointed!
