Perfectly situated, by the Meuse, 15 minutes from Dinant and the Lacs de l'eau-d'heure, this comfortable house is the perfect accommodation for lovers of fishing, water sports, walks and bike rides. In a small very quiet residential area, its large garden (completely enclosed, perfect for leaving your children and pets in freedom) leads straight to the Meuse, where a small landing stage awaits from where you can fish (if you have your permit) or bathe, or even go kayaking since the owner rents out one, with oars and life jackets. If you come with your bike, you will be delighted to see that a Ravel route [for cyclists, pedestrians, horse riders and people of reduced mobility] passes right in front of the house! Sheets and towels are provided. You have thus both feet in the water, at the start of a bike ride and at the start of wonderful walks along the Meuse! The region is very beautiful and rich in all kinds of activities. A lovely small terrace allows you to enjoy a nice barbecue, and all your comfort is guaranteed in the house: fully renovated bathroom, super-equipped kitchen, living room with wood fire. A good way to recharge your batteries!
